This is terrible!! Signed up for the first time: arrived; the building is not clear, I called many times to clarify exactly where the entrance is. Nobody ever picks up the phone !!! in the end I found a place, no one was there, no one answers !!! As a result, I wasted my time and was left without service !!! I had the last day before leaving and in the end I just wasted time on a terrible salon that does not exist !!!

P.s. to answer. I called yesterday, November 12 and made appointment for today; Friday. Cause it’s my last day in Japan today; so I can’t make appointment on the day, that I’m not in a country. Then you have to fix appointment system, called yesterday, booked for tomorrow (means today), Friday. So, hoped for the service and didn’t get it and don’t have time to change it. Very very disappointed.
