What a horribly managed and horribly run store.

I went into this location to purchase a few items 9/7 one of which was cornmeal mush, which is available in their milk aisle.

while waiting in line I realize that the mush was three months expired 6/2024. I’m not sure why they’re selling three months expired to their customers.

This does not seem like a good idea.
People could get pretty sick, if you cared about your customers, you wouldn’t sell three month old mush to your customers that pay u and keep u in business.

Some maybe too old to read the label, or maybe can’t read. - it’s a big responsibility to sell food to people.

At the service counter with my two items for 15 minutes , before leaving and not making a purchase. They did not have enough people apparently to handle my two item purchase. Standards….

I realize that it’s a tough time to hire people, but if you want to stay open, you probably shouldn’t sell three month old mush to your clients and make them wait 15 minutes to make a purchase of two items I would avoid this store away all costs. Try to have some standards Marc’s , you used to. 🙂

Do it for your health and your families health, they don’t give a sh$$ about your health. 🙂

I will never shop at this location again. HUGE lines. When I got in line they had 3 registers open. I moved to a shorter line to have the cashier tell me she was closed. Had to inform her to turn off her light then if that was the case. After that, 2 other registers closed so that left ONE register open for a lot of people left in line. They called for cart wranglers and about 5 guys ran out to get carts, but no new registers could be opened. There was also price discrepancy and when I caught it, the cashier stood there totally clueless. I let it go because I was not about to wait any linger than I already had! The cashier was rude and barely spoke, even after I tried to say hello! I will never ever shop at this location again! Stay away!

Gr8 new location. Always a gr8 place to shop and find bargains. I have shipped at many different Mac's locations. Of all the different Marc store's, this store was the absolute cleanest Marc's I have ever shopped at. The aisles were all neat, well stocked, and clean. The carts all worked were not bent nor had broken wheels. Of course the store had plenty bargain and closeout items.

Lastly, all the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help.

A nice new store in Willoughby. Some good sales and a pleasure to shop at. I enjoy the closeout section also. Food ,health and beauty products & alcohol.

I like the store but staff is lacking as anywhere. The deli counter lady is so friendly and fantastic. She is one that can make your day better!

I have shopped at many Marc's stores. This Willoughby store is by far one of the best. The store is clean and the aisles are clear. Even the shelves are straightened and the items are brought up to the front of the shelf. I commented to an employee what a difference her time straightening the shelves made. Some of the shelves were even bowed out to make more room and draw attention to the product. This store was stocked to the max. There were no empty shelves or displays. The manager here should be commended. The produce was fresh and eye catching. The meat section was fully stocked and well packaged. It was a pleasure browsing and shopping here. There were also enough check outs open to accommodate the number of shoppers. I personally appreciate a store that is run so effectively.

Great produce, I was pleased. Meat selection is spread out but I found everything I was looking for. Prices were low!! Cashier is great!
