Hair looked no different to how I went in. During my consultation, I showed a picture of my USUAL colour for reference and was told it was going to take 3 sessions to reach the colour, even though I always get it done in one session. My roots were done badly and my hair has green undertones. I wouldnt even say i'm blonde its more of a weird brown. I tried to contact to complain but heard no response. For £200 i expect better.

Worst experience and would not recommend. Extremely disappointed.

I met with the hairdresser booked for my appointment 3 days before my appointment as I needed a patch test. I showed a couple of photos of the colour I wanted and explained I wanted light-medium brown put through and on roots into blonde baylage (already blonde but wanted brassy tones toned down so had booked in with a toner). I was told this was OK although may not be that exact colour in the image and given a quote.

Day of the appointment, the same woman talks me through what she is going to do (put more blonde through it). I show her the same photos again and explain I wanted browns put through and darker at the roots with the baylage. She tells me she cant do this and can only lighten my hair and put more blonde through it as I have booked in for baylage with toner and if I had wanted what I wanted it wasnt a baylage treatment so she couldnt do it. This is despite being told 3 days before that she could do this colour and trim in this appointment based off the same photos (which were of baylage). She tells me she can make the blonde less brassy and would lighten the roots but put a toner on it so that it may make this more subtle/darken the blonde slightly. I didnt have time to mess around as had work that afternoon and was going away so needed doing.

Well, big mistake. I shouldve cancelled and walked out there and then and if it wasnt for losing money for the appointment I would have. The end of my hair 2-3 weeks later nearly looked white. Despite hair being brittle the hairdresser has put bleach on it (which I try to avoid) so now my hair is falling out in clumps. Its the complete opposite of the colours in the photos. AND on top of all that it cost around £125 for treatment with discount, no hair cut included to rid dead ends which were especially dead after the bleach put on. I wasnt told a cut would cost more, this wasnt clear when booking and she hadnt told me this wasnt included beforehand when we met for the patch test and Id told the hairdresser what I wanted. This also did not include a blow dry or style, which also wasnt made clear when booking. So she partly dried half of my hair so I could see the colour before I left but I left the salon with untrimmed hair, more dead than when I came in due to the bleach put on it (the complete opposite of what I asked for), and hair that was still damp and unstyled. I did not feel that I had just come from the hairdressers it felt like I had just come from a swimming pool, it didnt feel or look good, and what a con to charge that much and to tell me 3 days before that what I wanted could roughly be achieved through the treatment to then tell me it cant be on the day. £122 for sheer disappointment and coming away with less healhty looking hair that is now falling out. And it took 2 and a half hours, no cut or dry.

Because of work that afternoon and then holiday I didnt have time to address the problem there and then and its only since the colour has become lighter after washing and the hair is falling out that I realise how completely ridiculous the experience and cost was. Sadly I would not even trust them to try and amend it (not that it has been offered), I have 0 faith in them, staff were rude, and I would not recommend to others.

Absolutely incredible cut from Jerica. She understood my hair far better than I do and I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I had such a perfect haircut. Very honest advice and not trying to make money, just trying to understand what the client wants and what works best for them. I have now found my new hair salon in Bristol. Thank you so much!

Great value for a haircut and blow-dry. I have long and thick hair and I got it cut and blow-dried for £34.50 using their 20% student discount. Overall, I felt great coming out of the salon - really liked the styling. I think the cut was average, not super keen on how my layers were done but overall happy with my hair - especially at that value!. And the stylist was friendly and relaxed.

After being a loyal customer for over a year and travelling over 3 hours back to Bristol after moving cities, I will not be returning here.

I am constantly told i should book online yet their online booking system doesn't work fully as it doesn't take into account the full time of the appointment and ends up double booking.

I have found myself booking my appointment, paying around £100 for the train and taking time off work only to be asked to come earlier as the time I originally selected isn't actually available. Despite agreeing to this altering my train and traveling 2 hours earlier than my original booking, due to my train being delayed 20 minutes, I am told they cannot see me. I tried to work something out, they showed me they were not willing to accommodate; I asked them to remove the blowdry and any treatments. They remained stern in letting me know, quite coldly that also for the whole time I am back in the city, for which I paid to travel back and took time off, they will not fit me in.

This was all delivered with a cold and apathetic tone, repeating that if I am not there on the exact minute they will not have me. No effort to try and even work out another date.

Feeling quite upset and disrespected.
Will not be returning here.

A lovely visit. My mum and I had colours and she had a cut. The hairdresser was very helpful, talked through what we wanted and checked with us regularly. The salon was clean and tidy. They fitted us in with little notice. Will definitely return.

Rebecca was great and knew what she was doing! I’ve been here twice (thrice if you count a skin test) and been great each time. Love the atmosphere and that it isn’t too expensive. Feels like a friendly casual salon vibe
