Incompentent pharmacists who joked and cheered while I wait in anxiety just so they can tell me that my prescriptions never arrived 20 minutes later. I understand that workers are human too, but in what job interview allowed such an unproffessional attitude? 20 minutes wasted when I could've been doing something more productive such as banging my head on a wall.

This is specifically about the photo department.
Went there on a Sat morning ... no crowds and early in the day ...
to get photos for a Canadian Passport, which have different requirements than US passports.
I showed the lady at the photo counter the specific requirements and she confirmed that their system had those already.
Because Canada specifies that all photos must follow EXACTLY their specs, I made that very clear to the lady as she acted like her work was always perfect. As she did her work on the photo I tried to show her on several occasions all the requirements on a pdf I had on my phone...
she had zero understanding for my focus on getting it exactly right and she even barked at me that she found it insulting on my part to try to show her several times.
In the end of course she messed up and ended up suggesting that we take another photo. With her bad attitude, impatience and total lack of customer I decided to go somewhere else for my photos. This lady does not have the skills to do the job she is supposed to do. I had a really bad and annoying experience and warn anyone who intends to get service by the photo dept at this Walgreens.

Why take customers in your drive through if you are going to make the cars behind them wait 20+ minutes? At that point, ask that customer to use their legs and walk into the store to resolve whatever issue they are having instead of them talking to you back and forth to resolve whatever may be going on. Some of us have sick kids and other things to take care of, we can’t spend our entire evening waiting for you to manage a simple drive through line properly.

Mia at the photo counter has a horrible attitude. She’s extremely sarcastic and acts like the customer was a problem and interrupted her snack break. Rolled her eyes when asked for assistance and also couldn’t figure out her own FedEx scanner to return my package. Sarcastically says I need to sCaN yOuR iTeMs to pay for them

“24-hour pharmacy” that never picks up the phone. If you enjoy being disconnected after 28 min on hold, this is your pharmacy.

Find a different 24 hour pharmacy because this one makes up excuses as to why they need 40 minutes to put 30 pills in a container when the store is dead at 10pm on a Friday night. My guess is the pharmacist went out and won’t be back for 30 minutes despite the sign saying their break is at 1:30am.

Wasting my time and making up excuses about a 90-day preference vs 30-day prescription means I will find another location.

Update: returned to get my prescription this morning and they “sent it to central” for filling and it won’t be ready for days! They did offer to “pull it back”, but now I have to wait 15 more minutes for them to put 30 pills in a bottle. Makes no sense. I came here last night, why would it be “sent to central”?

Update 2: There is no way to disable their “micro-fulfillment”. I cannot imagine why you would choose a 24-hour pharmacy if you could wait days for your prescription. This “service” makes no sense and having it happen again means I will skip this place.

The pharmacy employee I interacted with was incredibly rude and condescending. After spending the night in ER and struggling to find a pharmacy that had my time-sensitive medication, I was struggling to explain certain details about my prescription. I know pharmacies are busy and have a lot going on, but people coming here for medication are also going through crises and deserve to be treated humanely.

Big shout out to the staff at the pharmacy who work late hours to prepare our meds when we are sick and needing some relief asap in the middle of the night. Thank you to all the pharmacy staff, you all are great and I appreciated speaking w/ a kind human (not an automated message) on the phone just to inquire when my meds are ready for pick up. You are professional, kind and we appreciate for what you do for us when we're feeling our worst.
