I ordered cupcakes for some friends surprise birthdays...... all I said was make them real pretty!!!! and I had them use the butter cream!!! who ever in Kroger's bakery did these cupcakes should be on cupcake wars on TV!!! these were the prettiest cupcakes I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of cupcakes )and sprinkled with the edible gold ....they were absolutely gorgeous... I was speechless and they brought tears to my eyes ...... I know that my friends are going to absolutely love them !!! thank you fabulous Kroger Granbury bakery and the sweet person that made these gorgeous cupcakes!!!!!!

Just a quick question. Why do the checkers refuse to sack the customer's groceries? Is it expected that the customer sacks their own items? Yes, of course in the self-check outline, but give me a break... when the checker just stands there and stares at the items until the customer sacks everything. This happens almost every single time I shop at this location. I am pretty well finished with the Kroger in Granbury, I can easily go across the street, get cheaper prices and someone to bag my purchases at HEB!

I'll start by saying that I love Kroger. Unfortunately I had a problem with a pick up order last evening. I switched to pick up because of recent medical issues that prevent me from coming into the store. The order last night was to include two 12 packs of diet Dr Pepper that I purchased, plus get an additional two 12 packs free.Arriving home, the two free 12 packs were missing. When I called to arrange to pick up the two missing 12 packs I was told that i would have to come in to the service desk and get them. No exceptions. So I have to find a new grocery store because I cannot afford to pay for groceries that they fail to include with this order and possibly future orders. What a shame to have such a hard nose policy.

Went to get briskets on sale and the meat market fellow was a great help. It was a bit late at night and they only had self checkouts open. It was so busy the day before the 4th of July and only one attendant. Me and my mom haven't been to Kroger in quite some time. I wish they kept at least one regular register open because it was pure chaos. I felt a bit sorry for the attendant and having to help so many people at the self checkout, including us. My receipt was a mess and will have to sort it out with customer service. I definitely won't be going back in the evening or night time again.

What is it with the pharmacy? Does it hurt to smile , be pleasant in person or on the phone? The words thank you go a long way , give it a try!! Horrible customer service. Just got off the phone refilling prescriptions, when I was done giving the information, she said ok, I’ll send it to your Dr. , long pause, and then she just hung up! RUDE. This is NOT the first time with this pharmacy. The entire staff could use a refresh course on customer service. I can see from the reviews this is a repeat occurrence. Do better Kroger.

Really nice store with a huge selection of whatever you want or need. Meat, cheese, produce, dry goods, beauty, even a clothing section. I spent more than I had expected but they have great manager's specials if you search it out. My only thing is, and it wasn't the store's fault, but I was checking out and this old lady wanted to make a spectacle of herself and walked past the self checkout and decided to tell everybody there that she didn't feel safe because nobody over there had on a mask ?. She didn't realize we were all safe from her. Other than that it was a great shopping experience.

I have always known Kroger to be an upscale grocery chain, where the wealthy and classy shop. I would expect the restrooms to be clean. However, not at this location. The ladies restroom looks as if it is never cleaned. Toilet paper is strewn all over the floor, food particles are in the sinks, and the odor within the entire restroom is pungent, to say the least. Also, there are NO lights in the stalls. Quite eerie.

Krogers is a joke and so is the store manager. Can’t believe Krogers put someone who is only in it for a pay check instead of the integrity of the store as store manager. Says a lot about krogers. Never shopping at any krogers again, bye and good luck.
