He did a good exam of my scars from another doctors abdominoplasty and going to try a correct it to make me more comfortable. Having pain since done in 1991. Definitely knows what needs to be done. Had surgery so pleased pain in scar seems to be gone. Healing coming along

Saw Dr. Castiglione back in March 2024 for a Breast Reduction. Dr. Castiglione is a talented surgeon who gets to the point of the matter and is always on time. I had to wait 11 years for this reduction due to another surgery and insurance not covering the reduction. Dr. Castiglione was my first choice for the surgery and when the insurance approved it he was still my first choice. My breast look amazing. Healing has been what was expected. I watched a number of YouTube videos women telling their stories on how they healed, what to expect and items to purchase prior to your surgery. I asked my questions with the doctor and vital information was provided prior to the surgery. I got ready. Doctors staff were fantastic. I arrived at the hospital and everyone was so terrific. As I continue to heal and move forward I no longer have back pains, shoulder spasms, neck pain or headaches. Has my life changed....definitely. Thank you Dr. Castiglione.

Dr. Castiglione is a very nice and direct man!! Meeting him for the first time and doing a consultation, he asked me a few questions about my health, about if I plan on losing more weight, he also asked me you know one of my main concerns about my body. He took a look at the areas that I want to have fixed, and took measurements along with his nurse. I feel that he gave me all the information I need, explained some other things as well, then handed me some reading material, and papers to sign to get ready for my appointment.. overall I think he is a very nice guy and I can't wait for my surgery date!
