They did a great job of getting my reservation for 3 rooms exactly right. The check in process was pretty slow but other than that things went very smoothly. The bed was amazing. I was told my room would have a tub and it only had a walk in shower but everything else was great .

We stayed in the hotel in Moore Oklahoma. Our room smelled like cat urine..the hair dryer didn't work in one of the bathrooms and the dispensers were out of shampoo and body wash. Food was left in the microwave and one of the outlets sparked when I plugged in charger. Breakfast was mediocre..eggs were hard and cold. We should've ate breakfast out. Other than that the suite was nice and spacious. Will not recommend this hotel.

We checked in for 2 nights, 2 rooms. At first the rooms seemed clean. Right away we found dirty sheets on one of the beds in one of our rooms. Housekeeping came up right away and changed all the bedding. There was light coming all around the entire the door. It was also missing the self closing feature.

In room 316, we had no fridge. I see someone else wrote a review a month ago about that same room not having a fridge. Plenty of time to rectify that problem if you ask me. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. The bathroom walls and stuff on them and the wallpaper was peeling as you can see in the picture.

In both bathrooms, the shower drains screws were rusty and something was peeling up (kinda looked like old paint) from around the drain.
There is a Redneck bar next door (that’s actually what it’s called) and they used the hotel for parking. We heard music, cars and loud motorcycles until around 2am.
We ended up leaving a day early and checked into another hotel. We contacted Choice Hotels to get our points back.
They also put a $207 per room charge on our cc for “incidentals”. Which seems pretty excessive. Especially when they can’t even keep the rooms up to any standard.
Also the “bar and grill” is an Indian restaurant, not a bar and grill at all.
Save yourself the trouble and go stay at the Comfort Inn on Meridian down the street. They were amazing.

We went for a "free" vacation using our points. They cleaned out our bank account. Some has been returned. We checked out immediately. We have a portfolio as well as our pike pass invoice clearly shows we went home. The portfolio shows 0.00 owed. They took 385.62 in total. Don't go here!!! They are the rudest people I've ever met. We are platinum members (nearly diamond) and this is how we were treated.
If using the pool bring ice skates, cold as ice.

Positive: Good environment, clean modern looking rooms, staff helpful. Negative: Cleaners infrequently made up the room and my towels disappeared. I guess the cleaner took them and didnt replace.

We drove 7.5 hours and stayed on May 31- June 3 for a softball tournament. We arrived, and the shower wouldn't drain. The front desk was less than pleasant, and in this situation, they stated that someone was on their way up 2 different time for over an hour. Then, he finally started that no one was on site. At 715am, maintenance was beating on the door walking everyone. A few hours later, the shower drained, and the shower was dirty, and the drain was sharp and unsecured. We didn't have a fridge, a coffee maker, rod to hang clothes in the room, and no one addressed those issue. Housekeeping came to clean after the hotwheel car was removed from the shower drain was removed. They took a very long time to show, then cleaned everything except show and had to have her come back in. We had a difficult time getting towel the entire stay, whether it was for room or shared pool. The housekeeping walked into our room on 2 different occasions without knocking while we were in the room. During the stay, I requested to speak to a manager, and they said they didn't work on weekends, so when Monday, when we checked out, I spoke to a manager. He apologized and stated that he would address the concerns for our next stay (THERE WILL BE NO NEXT STAY). That was it offered nothing for all the issues we had endured. This was by far the worst stay experience i have ever had!!!

Stopped here on my road trip and the manager Demonte was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't have a lid for my coffee so he went out of his way to find one for me. He also had some great stories and I really enjoyed chatting. Would definitely return!!

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel smelled heavy marijuana. The air conditioner did not work at all. It wouldn?t even turn on. Loud parties all night long. The drain cover for the shower was missing so it was just an open hole in the shower.
