Situato in una zona commerciale di Oklahoma offre parcheggio e wifi gratuito , camere molto grandi e ben fornite di tutto il necessario , comfortevoli e silenziose , molto pulite e colazione abbondante. ||Personale cordiale e disponibile

While on a senior citizen's bus trip, we stopped at this hotel for the night. Our rooms were ready for us when we arrived. The staff was polite and made the check-in process very easy. I requested a shower chair for one person on our bus. They delivered it immediately.||Our room was huge. It included two beds, plus a seating area with a couch and chair. Everything was clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In the morning, breakfast was provided by the hotel. There were omlettes, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, and other items. Everyone commented that the coffee was very good. The breakfast area was kept clean and the food was plentiful.

The positives first….the staff was great! Polite and professional.||Now for the rest. First off the company photos here are obviously very old. The decor is nothing like this. The main areas have been updated and at first glance appear nice. The rooms or at least our room was OLD. The carpet was stained, to couch was torn and worn, the chairs padding was sunk and almost nonexistent. The white enamel was worn from the tub, the counters had burn marks and the night shades over the windows were full of cracks and holes. At best this was a 1 star room….despite being sold as a suite.||The parking lot area was full of trash and at one entrance had a large collection of transient people…complete with tents, random dogs, trash and the coming and going of some very questionable people. Didn’t make you feel very secure leaving your car parked. We watched them come and go all night and the trash they left behind…gross!||This hotel is not in a good part of town as it appears. The rooms are old dated and need a huge cleaning and refresh. ||I would never choose this hotel again.

As soon as we checked in, we noticed the remote was missing and while looking for it we found an empty whiskey bottle under our bed. The shower was wet like someone just ran it so I don't think the cleaning done well. Breakfast was not that great but beds were comfortable and the location was right off the interstate.

No towels in room, bathroom had broken tile needing repaired, small tv, thermostat did not work. Front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was good. We had to leave 1 day early due to wife getting sick but no refund.

We booked 4 people in a room- they gave us 2 towels. We went to the desk- had to hunt for an associate to ask for 2 more. The next day we put a do not disturb sign. We come back later- our towels are gone again. Back to looking for an associate… if they would have stayed out of the room like the do not disturb sign said- we would have been ok.||The next morning- while trying to leave- hotel staff would not move from in front of the elevator. There was an elevator full of guests trying to get off while hotel staff was standing in front of the door blocking them from getting off the elevator.||Common courtesy shouldn’t be this difficult.

This hotel is convenient to the airport and to the Fairgrounds. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was filling. There is a pool and fitness room, but the pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing. We had stayed there before, and this time was just as pleasant.

Convenient location, right off the freeway. Gas station, Wendy’s, dispensary close to the hotel. Everything else is on the north side of the freeway. Room was comfortable, but the TVs are small and the HDMI ports in mine didn’t work.
