My friend bought some clip in extensions. We specifically asked her if they curl. Ana said “yes”! So my friend bought 2. We got home and followed the instructions on the package as the hair she bought did NOT curl. It was straight up garbage. We used a wide tooth comb like the package stated and all the hair started falling out in clumps!!!! Absolute trash. We very politely went back to her shop to inform her and see if she would exchange it for instore credit or something since the hair was now in clumps and did not curl like she specifically stated it would. Her exact response was “it says so on the package… I go off the package” I explained to her that if she’s going to sell a product, she probably should try it first so she’s giving accurate information to whomever is purchasing it. She very aggressively said we have a no return policy here… we both argued that she lied to us about it curling, and plus it all fell out. She was adamant that she was not taking it back… Ana is a thief and a liar. I do not suggest you go in there unless you have money to just throw down the toilet, because that’s what you’re doing.

She will try to get you to buy the most expensive stuff and then tell you she's out of stuff you ask for specifically. She's all about getting you to spend as much money as she can because that's what she did to me. Then hid a package of hair that I was going to buy. Threw it under the case like I didn't just see her do that. Another thing is that she's always in a rush to get you to pay for stuff and out of the store. She's rude and a scammer knows your shit before going into this store cuz she'll scam you if she can I would recommend any other place besides this place

Love love love Ana!!! Not being from Wisconsin let alone the Green Bay area, she immediately took to me and was giving me the rundown on the happenings around the area. She is so kind and accommodating! I will definitely be becoming a regular customer of her beauty store as well as I cannot wait to visit her other establishment for some city clothes! Kudos Ana!

I have been looking for an affordable wig for a while. This place had exactly what I was looking for. Ana had so much synthetic hair to choose from. Some with fun colors and also some with natural colors. All the supplies you need to actively wear a wig. The owner is also very kind hearted. Wigs go around 50-60 for short styles, and 100-200 for long. If you need a fun affordable hairstyle, Ana's is the place!
