Very great shop. It’s organized and there are so many products to choose from. It gets a bit crowded but it’s not too bad. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

This particular B&BW was barely tolerable. It was at the Stonewood Mall in Downey. It was a hot day, and there was no ac in the whole place. Each individual store had this bulky, dirty, and loud portable ac. But it was just blowing hot air. It felt so humid. I just wanted to leave the mall. Which I did.

I enjoyed coming here, I picked up some orders while I was staying in Cali but there was just one thing that threw me off and that was gift wrapping! We asked an associate to help us gift wrap some items for a family member and we were told that they don’t provide this at their store? What? Since when does that happen?! I even saw on my email when my pickup was ready that if I wanted my items gift wrapped to just let an associate know about it! So if you’re hoping to get your items gift wrapped here, tough luck… they won’t do it! I remember the associate who helped us, her name was Brianna. I don’t know if she just didn’t want to do it, or if she was in a bad mood we just didn’t appreciate this happening. There was only one girl who was very nice and professional, I don’t remember her name but she was the only one who made our visit more pleasant .

Update: my fiancé and I even went out of our way to speak with the manager of the store. She gave us a whole lecture as to why they don’t do gift wrapping anymore (the Covid pandemic, them not having enough people to wrap items or it just takes too long). You’re telling me that you couldn’t wrap three items but you have time to lecture us about all of this? Really? At the time of my visit, it was still very early and the store was completely empty! Very unprofessional, I guess that’s how this store in Cali runs. But I never had an issue with stores in Vegas. I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this frustrating experience.

Vincent and Yesenia were super speedy and helpful! There were like 5 employees behind the counter but none of them were as helpful as Vincent was. Those 2 employees were delightful! Will definitely do more holiday shopping here.

Friendly staff. Nice store. Wish they'd bring back some of the old scents. Dont care for most of the new ones. And this store didnt seem to have any scent complete. They either had lotions but no sprays or vice versa.
