I proprietari persone straordinarie e straordinariamente disponibili, gentili, affabili ,amichevoli e care , degli amici speciali ! Il posto bello, curato, funzionale , confortevole , di buon gusto, amichevole con attenzione e professionalità . Tutto curato e seguito con competenza , passione , interesse . Camere comode e dotate di ogni confort , finiture di qualità, viste incantevoli in ogni stanza , coccole di ogni genere , assistenza per ogni cosa- cura tutorale ,discreta e amorevole di Francesca, e suggerimenti preziosi di Francesco per itinerari , degustazioni , ricerche sulla territorio e conoscenza della regione , unica per varietà e bellezza .
Una coppia fantastica con rara attitudine all ‘ospitalità . Abbiamo trascorso tre settimane fantastiche e ci sembravano poche ! Il posto offre ogni sorta di confort . Erna e Christian preziosi e amorevoli per la colazione e l’assistenza continua .
La “nostra magione “ è un posto raro e speciale , bello , facilmente raggiungibile , a un passo da mete architettoniche, artistiche , naturalistiche , straordinarie .
Lasciano un segno indelebile e il desiderio e la certezza di replicare l ‘esperienza ! Bravi , anzi bravissimi!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo respirato x un attimo l'essenza esotica di Marrakech... posto fantastico e curato e grazie anche ai suo proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili!!! Inoltre la vista dal borgo è spettacolare !!

Sometimes you wish to keep a great place to yourself - and this is the case here - but.. So here I go anyhow as this is too lovely a place not to be thoroughly enjoyed by other travellers who appreciate beauty, good taste and a welcoming ambiance! ||||Are you looking for a place close to the lovely beaches of Abruzzo but yet in a peaceful and genuine Italian environment - look no further. Bed & Breakfast "LA NOSTRA MAGIONE" is the answer to your prayers. Located in the tiny, sleepy and totally unknown littke hilltop village MONTEPAGANO high above the coastal town of Roseto. A mere 5 km drive up/downhill. Here you can combine beach and town life with tranquility and a view to die for! The owners - architects Fransico and Francesca - have here succeeded in carefully restoring one of the historic medieval buildings with love and great skills and established a beautiful little oasis for overnight guests or long term holiday makers. Hidden behind the thick walls you find 5 well equipped rooms and a number of holiday apartments with all modern facilities such as fine bathrooms with showers, refrigerators/mini-bars, air condition etc. etc. - and all with stunning views. The rooms/apartments are assembled around a tiny courtyard in an Arabian Riad style with outdoor tables, where the guests can meet up and socialize should they wish. Free coffee/tea and snacks are even offered in this area.||||On the upper floor you find the breakfast restaurant that has ample seating plus a few outdoor tables on a balcony for an al fresco experience should you like. From same and through the many windows you find yourself surrounded by breathtaking views! Vineyards, olive groves and meadows on the hillsides with towering mountains as a backdrop and the endless ocean in front of you. And you should look forward to the breakfast experience! You are met with a buffet with newly baked breads and cakes, freshly squeezed fruit juices, little fine sandwiches, cold cuts and cheeses and you name it - it is there. Add eggs made to your liking and local specialities. What a wonderful way to start the day!||||And what does Montepagano have to offer? So absolutely nothing - and yet. It is NOT one of those postcard picturesque little medieval villages you find many places - but a little village where life is lived normally in a peaceful way. The historic part with town walls and old gates are speedily explored - with no tourist shops or anything to catch your attention - - but you can sit down at the cafe at the town square and join the locals sipping espresso or a glass of wine and take in the lazy life when the vegetable or butchers vans pop by ringing their bells and the inhabitants come out to pick-up their groceries and the old men assembly to discuss the political situation or the latest football match. But don't get it wrong - in spite of its remoteness you do actually find a 1-star Michelin Restaurant in one of the old buildings if the more ordinary local restaurant does not fulfill your culinary wishes. And yet again - you are just 5 km and a 10 min. drive from down-town Roseto, where you can find lots of eateries and good shopping.||||If you would like to experience more of Abruzzo you are few hours’ drive from great experiences only, and I can recommend a visit and/or overnight in nearby Santo Stefano di Sessario that will likewise take you through the unexpected awesome mountain sceneries of the Sasso National Park and let you explore a more than 1000 year old fortress/village that is under reconstruction as close to the original as possible. Or you can drive up to the beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno with a lovely town square, little winding cobblestoned alleys and some good shopping (actually on the Marche region side). Or you can just drive down to Roseto and laze the day away on the wide sandy beach, swim in the warm waters or stroll the nice promenade tempting with refreshments at the little bars and restaurants.
