I think I heard one of the front desk attendants was named Bella. She worked the like 3-11 shift while we were there. She was INCREDIBLE! My partner and I were traveling with our 2 kiddos and I had a few requests throughout the couple of days we were there and she was not only very accommodating but also extremely kind! All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, the whole hotel is SUPER clean! I was very impressed for it to be that clean and still within our budget! The breakfast was perfect as well. I was impressed with the entire stay and am very grateful for everything. Our traveling doesn't always turn out that well in hotels and such. This was a great experience! Great job, Comfort Suites!

Our family was in town for 2 nights for a wedding. We checked out of another Choice Hotel (the Radisson that's close by) because it was terrible. Amy was super helpful at check in and as we chatted with her more with her, she became even friendlier. She got us checked in to both of our rooms quickly and gave us info on where to go (and where not to go) in the area. Which is always appreciated when you're not familiar with an area. The hotel is only about 5 years old and it's very nice. Our rooms were clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. The beds were comfy and we all got a good night's sleep. The area is older, more run down but that's to be expected when you're that close to a major highway and the airport. The airport is less than a 10 minute drive. Which is why we chose this area. If we ever pass through again and need a place to crash, we'd stay here again.

This is one of the worst Comfort Inns I have ever visited. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund and go stay elsewhere at a decent hotel. ||I arrived about an hour earlier than the listed check in time. Normally this is not a problem anywhere as most hotels are happy to check you in if rooms are ready, and they were. This one wanted to charge me a $15 early check in fee, which was not listed in any of their advertising or on the Choice Hotels website. The rude clerk refused to check me in so I sat in the lobby for an hour waiting. Of course when you have policies like this right at the check in time there are several people waiting to check in. What poor management.||I was finally checked in and went to my room. I had requested a room in the quietest part of the hotel since I go to bed early. The rooms have an inner door connecting to the room next door. The door is paper thin and you can hear every single word spoken. Well next to me was a room with kids yelling nonstop. I went back to the lobby and requested a room change and the desk employee refused saying they had no other rooms. I told her to switch mine with someone who hadn't check in yet and she refused even though hardly anyone had checked in by this time and lots of rooms were available. I went back to my room and checked the Choice Hotel website and found that the same type of room I had was available for rent that same night which proved that the employee was nothing but a liar. ||Beside hearing everything in the room next door you will hear every little noise or voice in the hallway. If your looking for a quiet experience this is not the place to stay. ||I was eventually able to get a refund and leave this horrible place. The area is a bit sketchy which I was glad to get out of. ||Do yourself a big favor and find another place to stay. Otherwise you may be listening to screaming kids all night long. Thank god I was able to get out of here and go elsewhere where I enjoyed a very comfortable night.

New hotel with nice suite rooms. Typical breakfast buffet. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Great and friendly staff. Convenience store just a block away.

Positive: Room & bathroom were very large. Negative: Window did not have complete curtains. Bright lights from neighboring businesses & nearby busy road made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom light fixtures had mold & toilet paper holder not secured in wall.

Positive: The room was large. Negative: Some of the hospitality/desk staff were rude, had immediate attitude when asked any questions, and refused to help effectively with the outrageous noise coming from other rooms. Do not stay here if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

Doors kept slamming all night long. Didn't get much sleep. After a long day of driving. From Atlanta Georgia. Would stay there again. Just hope everyone stays in their room or closes doors quietly.
