Kinsley— miss ma’am, you are truly wonderful. Your aura is radiant and you deserve all the best. A little over two weeks ago I swung by to buy some lust perfume… I’ve been eyeing it for the past two years, but have always felt turned off by the price. I caved and finally bought it… when I got home it wasn’t in my bag. I live over an hour away, so I called to see if maybe I had left it in the store. I did in fact leave it by mistake. Big oops on my part!! The employee to whom I spoke to on the phone was so understanding and helpful and promised to keep it in a safe place for me. When I found some time to pick it up, Kinsley greeted me again. Although it was definitely my mistake, they made it a point to make sure I had the best possible experience. I super duper love the face mask, the eye mask as well as the bath bomb… and the perfume is now a coveted favorite in my collection. Please please give this lovely human a raise— they are more than deserving?Employees such as Kinsley are difficult to come by and I hope the owner of this store shows them the appreciation they so rightfully deserve. Manifesting good things for you!

Emma Jean is an AMAZING employee. She showed us around all the shop exclusives (we ended up buying the purity and charity bar) and gave us some excellent tips on which face masks to use! Well definitely be coming back again in the near future.

I was here last week and had an amazing interaction with a gal at checkout. She must have just been getting to work as I don’t believe she had even clocked in yet- she still had her little backpack on. But I had told her how much I liked the rehab shampoo and was trying a conditioner to go with it. She stopped and talked to me about my hair- which I struggle with. It’s dry… so dry. She suggested a different conditioner, which I was very open to. Anyhow, here we are a week later and I can’t believe the difference in how my hair feels. Thank you girl whose name I did not catch, for caring and helping. Someone out there appreciated your help and wants you to know!

My family and I had a wonderful experience, all of the staff are knowledgeable of the products, extremely friendly and personable, and the manager was so sympathetic to our situation in which he drove here from Colorado Springs and because of our chaotic dynamic of having two children, we had forgotten our bag worth $200 of stuff. We didn’t realize until we had already gotten back home. We came back today and the employees immediately recognized us and were so excited that we took the drive up back up here to get our stuff. Thank you so much to everyone at this store for being so amazing. It truly makes a difference when people enjoy their jobs and you can tell that immediately- everyone here loves what they do.

When you come here, please don’t be a Karen. These staff members are the sweetest most understanding people I’ve come across in retail.

The smell is overwhelming as soon as you step through that door. Not as fun as I remembered. The employees were breathing down our necks the whole time,
They seemed friendly but FAKE friendly. Turns out I still only like the same scents that I liked 10 years ago. I was unimpressed with all of the newer stuff, especially the perfumes. Drove from Fort Collins looking for body wash and did not enjoy my experience lol. It's fun to go into a store and try products, but it was so busy and overwhelming that we couldn't stick around.

This store is the best, so glad they finally have more space (though the little location was so charming too), Emma Jean was so helpful and kind, I really appreciated her guidance and how knowledgeable she was! One of the best locations I’ve been to, I wish I lived in Boulder again so it could continue to be my core Lush store.

I went to lush today with my cousin who is visiting from out of town, and had never been to a lush store. So naturally I had to take her to my favorite place on Pearl Street! Today was definitely the best experience I've had in this store to date! Kalani was the sweetest and greeted us with compliments and cheerful assistance. She told us to take our time and let us know if we needed anything. Her knowledge of all the products was so vast and her presence was radiant. The other staff member,
Kenslee was busy stocking shelves, helping other customers, and had such a sweet disposition when she helped me check out. These two were vibing off each other like you would hope to see in a store like lush. If you get the chance to stop in and see these ladies definitely treat yourself <3
