Denise & Vanessa, thank you for your exceptional customer service @ the Chanel beauty department. These ladies went above and beyond, also assisting me with jewelry and perfume purchases. Your pleasant personalities shine with a warm & welcoming spirit. My quick shopping errand quickly transformed into a luxurious experience. These ladies will make you feel like a million bucks. Our daughter was born with a clubbed foot and consequently has two different sized feet. Nordstrom is the only store that will sell two differently sized shoes as a pair. Thank you so much for accommodating her disability!!! And thank you to Tim who was so kind and helpful to her and us.

I went to the active wear department on Monday. No sales associate. I walked to the opposite end of the 3rd floor looking for a sales associate. I was told sales associate in active wear is off on Mondays and Thursdays. On those days, no one is available to fill in.
When I walked to the other end of floor to lingerie department, sales associate was very unprofessional and started telling me her political views among
other unprofessional behavior. I wanted to notify the store manager, Lyndsay but was told she was on vacation and there wasn't an Assistant manager.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Nordstrom store. I understand that store associates ask if we need help, which I appreciate. While browsing through their skincare products, I didn't need any assistance. However, when I moved to the Chanel section, I found that no one was available to help me. I overheard a Nordstrom worker asking a man if he needed assistance, but when I called him over to ask for help in the Chanel cosmetics section, he acted very nonchalant and seemed bothered by my request. When I thanked him for his help, he didn't even acknowledge me. Whether it was due to prejudice or him having a bad day, I felt very unwelcome. I don't think I'll ever return to this Nordstrom.
