This Red Roof really makes the effort to provide a clean comfortable and quiet stay at a reasonable price. The room was fine. Floor could have been scrubbed a little more but overall fine. Water pressure was super and bathroom was immaculate. Only issue is beyond their control and that is the sketchy people wandering around. This is what you get after 4 years of Biden Harris and what you will get tons more of under Harris. Don't let them steal another election. This place was totally amazing when I stayed here 4 years ago.

Stayed here for a weekend with my family and the staff was great. We had a room, non smoking, 2 king beds and one bed had a dirty blanket. The woman offered us a new room but we declined and used our own blanket for the night. It smelled of weed outside the room 24/7. Idk if smoking and non smoking rooms are next to each other but it was annoying since I have a baby.I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are a woman alone, especially with kids. The amount of dope fiends around the area is crazy and they will bother you luckily my husband was with us but we didn’t go outside at night without him after we peeped the scene. It’s a good price, they are great staff and care about your stay, just the area really sucks.

Only 1 handicap parking space available which really sucked because my brother that is disabled couldn't get to the room we were in without have to walk all the way around the building. Then the room we were assigned to was full of flies. When reservation was made it was simply told my brother was disabled and was put in a room without handles at the shower. There was really no where to walk my dogs. Trash everywhere outside pet owners not picking up dog poo. I will never stay at this location again.

Due to life circumstances my husband and I have had to to stay here twice. The staff are amazing and understanding. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is amazing as well. For the most part it is quiet. The front desk is so helpful. I love that we were able to have our pets with us at no charge. So many good things about this place. Will always be myy go to. Karen is so helpful and an amazing manager! She goes above an beyond.

Over all I had a great experience every time I have stay at this hotel. The front desk staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of their job.
Their maid service has been outstanding at keeping my room clean, changes bedding and clean towels. I worked late at night during some of stay and was not woke up by the maid service while I was sleeping during day if notified them or had a do not disturb sign on the door which was great for one that might be working odd hours.
This hotel is responsible priced and will be my go to hotel in the Oklahoma City.

First impression, the parking is horrible. What person of design such an illogical design? The rooms smells like pot. Another place that stinks. The floors have cigarette burns on the floor , which is funny because it’s supposed to be nonsmoking. The floors are in rough condition. It reminds me of third world condition. Whom ever owns this place should be embarrassed. This place should be shut down. If I could give it a lower rating I would.

Checkin staff was unnecessarily rude. She demanded $50 deposit fee as cash. I didn’t have cash. I offered credit card, but they did not accept it. Who the hell demand cash in this 21st century. Red roof inn should not damage it’s reputation by associating it’s brand with this hotel. In the end, I had to cancel my booking. Please Stay away from this hotel.

One of the worst experiences with booking and hotel policy that I've ever experienced due to the staff at Red Roof. I do not recommend giving any business to this establishment. It's literally criminal with the way they've created a policy that requires a cash deposit when using a debit card. I used Booketta to book room. First time to try app and ended up not being an issue with them like hotel staff led me to believe. Booked and paid for room early in day for 8-28-24 for 2 days. When we were ready go down there, I had my son call to confirm the room. He was told they didn't have a reservation, we needed to call our booking agent. So I did and left message the room I paid for already was not reserved according to the hotel. Went down there anyways, they found my reservation and only required a deposit now. How incompetent to not find a reservation over the phone but pull it right up when confronted in person. Okay got past all that and checkout at 8am the 30th. Turn in room key and nothing said bout the deposit, I talk to my son an hour later to ask if they gave it to him he said no. Told him to go back and get it and they wouldnt give it to him, no ID. Same name as me except I'm the II and he's the III. The manager tells him she can't, it's policy. So I take off work to go get the deposit, around 2:30-3pm same day. I'm told manager is gone for the day and deposits are locked in her office. Not told I wasn't getting it because of their policy, told that she'll be back at 7am. I make the clerk call her. Said there was nothing she could do its locked up and the clerk doesn't have access. I told them I can't change plans to get this I'll be back Tues. Again, not told they have every intent of keeping my money which they did. Went back this morning and she informed me it I wasn't getting it. Next to the window to the clerk is a small novel of info they don't put on their website or receipts. As matter of fact I asked clerks for a receipt two times and was told use one from my booking. I plan on filing a complaint with BBB, State Attorney General's office and anyone else I can expose these frauds of an establishment.
