I should have left a review much sooner. I’ve been going to this salon for about fifteen years and I have never had a bad experience. I generally leave feeling like I stepped off the cover of a hair catalogue. The “worst” I had was that once I left only feeling like normal, but with shorter hair as requested. The one time I wasn’t sure about the color, they offered to let me try it out for a few days to see how I felt with it, and when I didn’t love it, they had me come back in so they could adjust it to something I did love. And they didn’t charge for the color correction.

The customer service is always amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. They help make sure whatever cut I get is something that will work for me on a daily basis according to my habits and styling efforts - basically I need low maintenance and that’s what I get. It looks great when I leave the salon, but also three weeks later when I’ve just rolled out of bed and run a brush through it. They know what’s going to WORK. And also what isn’t. They kindly discourage me from doing anything that will extremely damage my hair and help to find alternative solutions. I often have bright colors - currently neon green and blue - and they advise me about what ideas are feasible transitions with my current color.

Anyway, a great salon all around, and I highly recommend them.

(For reference, my hair is a greying medium brown, somewhere awkwardly between wavy and curly, and there’s a LOT of it. But they always know what to do.)

I wanted the color to blend seamlessly without any obvious sections, and Anne understood my vision perfectly. Her attention to detail and expertise truly stood out, delivering exactly what I was hoping for.

Oscar provided the best service in the world. I absolutely love the hairstyle he designed for me. He turned my thick hair into something light and bouncy. The color he mixed for me is also amazing. 12/10

Everyone in the salon was super nice and accommodating. Hiro was very precise and listened to my wishes carefully. In the end I was very very happy with the results and hope to visit again, if I get the chance! Thank you❤️

Einmalig! Oskar hat sich direkt an meine Locken herangewagt und mir nach kurzem Gespräch direkt eine super Empfehlung gegeben. Für mich zwar wirklich ein neuer Style, aber das war es unbedingt wert! Er hat auch auf meinen Wunsch alles mit der Schere geschnitten, was sonst für viele ohne Rasierer schwierig ist. Ich war so zufrieden, dass ich gleich meine Freundin zu Oskar gebracht habe. Ihre glatten, kurzen, blonden Haare hat er auch wieder zu einer einzigartigen Frisur gemeistert! Ich kann einen Haarschnitt von Oskar nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich hab schon für nächsten Monat gebucht!

Great blow dry! In Japan for a month on holiday, could not miss out on a blow dry and had this Salon recommended to me by my Hotel. Found it easily and Hiro was fabulous, great blow dry and curls as well as recommendations of where to visit in the local area. Highly recommend!

10/10 experience. Oskar is amazing !! He is very talented and did a fantastic job with my curly hair. He cut my friends’ hair too and did an incredible job with theirs also. He can definitely cut any hair type. Highly recommend going to him if you’re in Tokyo and looking for a cut/colour !!
