Guess it's high time there is a lawsuit on this company, the arrogance and I'll service from the talkative and uneducated employees is bad. I have been to stores and I observe things. I appreciate the security guard Gerald who was welcoming I just heard they fired him. Sorry but when shopping here the girls are rude, they don't know who is elderly.
How do Asians come to the store shopping and all they can speaking in loud voices is Spanish and laughing at the top of their voices is bad I returned my item and walked out.
I feel they have a thing for race cause my wife was bitter when she visited and she is black

I want to leave a full complaint on the Commerce Ca location. This store is the worst fully of disgusting rude employees. First off as a customer I shouldn’t know the latest gossip with the associates and what is going on in the store. It’s beyond unacceptable and unprofessional for upper management to be leading the conversation of your associates drama on the sales floor. Second they offer no customer service just standing in the back by the register talking about customer in Spanish. Third not a one has any type of knowledge to offer cause when asked they don’t know. This type of customer service tho seems to be the culture Estee Lauder keeps in this location. As I have looked your store has plenty of negative comments in the last past few weeks and nothing has been done. Once’s was a loyal Estee customer but at this point rather shop the drugstores instead. This whole team needs to be trained better or fired from upper management to associates.

They treat you like a criminal for just walking in. Just for browsing (not even touching) the security guard was stalking and staring at me making it very obvious. It was so unnerving and uncomfortable. I honestly felt so unsafe
I get that there's theft but this was next level! Do not shop here!

Worst costumer service I have ever had in my life, My pregnant sister went up to pay and went to go grab something else to add to her purchase. one of the workers turned around and started whispering and laughing with her coworker and clearly talking about my sister I spoke up and walked away she followed us and asked if we had a problem my mom and I quickly said yes you were talking about a pregnant women who is also a customer she then refused service and have a bad attitude.

Variety was good with.good offers. Staff was also fine but I found more friendly and nicer staff on their other branches

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping before .
Black male security was following my every move .
It was such an uncomfortable feeling .
Instead of having security follow you around the store . They should teach their employees how to give good customer service . Instead of talking at the register !!

There are only 4 customers in the store, but the salesperson asked other customers to wait outside, and it took more than an hour

First time in the store today. And the sales associate WENDY M and the CHUBBY FAT girl was SO RUDE. I couldn't walk around the store and feel comfortable without them asking every 3 minutes if I needed help, do you need a basket. A basket for 2 items?If I needed a basket I would've picked one up when I walked in. I understand you make not have many people of my race enter your store, but racial profiling is WRONG in 2023. I will NOT be returning to your store. This was my first and only purchase, and I didn't want to buy, but I needed the product. I will take my business elsewhere. It's a shame if your skin color is NOT that of there's, it's a problem. If that's the case then DON'T carry brown skin products and maybe you won't have to tailgate your customers during their shopping experience. I have been waiting to come to your store for 3 months. I was SO excited to be there. You totally ruining my day and the experience. Thanks alot Wendy and FATCHICK!!
